2 weeks of a new diet. Almost no sugars, including grains and other starches. Energy levels increased, I don’t get tired in the afternoon, and I have reduced caffeine. Not sure of actual weight loss, diet was to control sugar, but the screamers on my shirts (button over stomach) are much less stressed.
